We come to you anywhere in Greater Brisbane. We measure the room, photograph the existing conditions, check the structure behind the walls, and talk through layouts and materials with you at the kitchen table.

Design and fixed-price quote
You receive a 3D layout, a physical sample board you can hold next to your floor, and an itemised quote that lists every trade, product and allowance. No lump-sum 'provisional' line items.

Contract, start date and site set-up
Once you sign, your start date is locked in writing along with a staged payment schedule tied to completed work — not to the calendar. You're covered by home warranty insurance on every residential job.
